Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • The order cutoff time is at 9 AM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

 PixelArtly Free US Shipping:

  • Our standard shipping option, available to all states within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • There is no cost for this shipping option.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • PixelArtly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • If you receive your order damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy on how to proceed.
