Return & Refund Policy

At PixelArtly, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with the products they purchase. However, we do not accept returns since all products are made to order. Our policy covers refunds under certain conditions, as outlined below:

Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order if your cancellation request is sent before the order has been put into production. The cancellation cut-off time is 9AM EST every workday. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@pixelartly.com.

Damages and Issues:

  • If your goods arrive damaged, we are here to help. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, providing photo proof of the damage as well as proof of order. Reach out to us at info@pixelartly.com so that we can evaluate the issue and process your refund.

Late or Missing Deliveries:

  • If your order hasn't arrived within the promised timeframe based on the shipping option chosen, please contact us at info@pixelartly.com. We will investigate the issue and process a refund if necessary.

Refunds:

  • Once your refund request is received and inspected based on the provided proof, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@pixelartly.com.

Exceptions / Non-refundable Items:

  • All sales are final on sale items and gift cards. These items cannot be refunded.

European Union 14 day Cooling-off Period:

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, as long as the order has not been put into production.
